PolyCheck Image Software

The form presents a print-out of a result document by Polycheck Image Software.

After scanning, individual results may be visualized as shown. The presentation of the data is performed numerically (in KU/l and class) or graphically (as histogram). The vertical line at 0.5KU/l shows the cut-off between normal and increased IgE-reactions. In horses the cut-off is 1.0 kU/L.

The report allows to insert your personal lab adress and an identifier for the signature of the physician in charge.
